I love a lot of Christmas cookies, but I especially love my grandma’s sugar cookies. This is her recipe, with one little change, I swapped the vanilla out for almond. Almond Sugar Cookies. Melt in your mouth cookies, with a delicious almond flavor. This is a fool proof recipe. Growing up, my sister and I loved making these cookies. We would use my mom’s fancy glasses that had a beautiful design on the bottom. First, we would dip the glass in green or red sugar, and then press it onto the cookie. It would create a beautiful star design. I love these memories. I hope making these cookies will add wonderful memories for you.
