Welcome to my homemade brownies’ recipe! This recipe will show you how to make a moist and fudgy brownie that is perfect for any chocolate lover out there.
This easy and simple recipe is perfect for a family baking together. Spend quality time with your kids in the kitchen. For me, I love baking with my nieces when they come over.
The recipe includes chocolate morsels melted and mixed into the batter. It creates a rich and decadent brownie that will leave you wanting more. So, grab your aprons, roll up your sleeves, and start baking! Trust me, once you try this recipe, you'll want to make it again and again.
Homemade Brownie - Moist and Fudgy

Equipment
Mixer with paddle attachment
Microwave safe boil (or bowl safe for double boiling)
Rubber scraper
Casserole dish, baking dish, or baking sheet.
Tips or Tricks
Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting to prevent them from falling apart.
Add extra flavor to your brownies with mix-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit.

Ingredients
1 cup slated butter melted
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 eggs
2/3 cup cocoa powder (dark or regular)
4-ounces semi-sweet, melted chocolate (or dark chocolate)
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven 350°F.
Grease 9x13 pan/casserole dish.
In mixer, cream butter, and sugar.
Add vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix till fully combined.
Add sifted cocoa powder.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate microwave (roughly 30-60 seconds checking every 10 sec interval – stirring each interval.) Add melted chocolate to the batter and mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour and salt (I do this instead of sifting it.)
Pour into batter and fully mix.
Pour into a greased (or parchment paper lined) 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake for 35 minutes.
