Something about cheese balls has always intrigued me. Perhaps it's their rarity or the unique shape they offer as a dip. This Coconut Lime Cheesecake dip is both enjoyable and tasty. It combines zesty citrusy limes, sweetened coconut, and vanilla wafers for a delightful treat that appeals to both adults and kids.

Bring the cream cheese to room temp to allow mixing to be easier (can use a mixer too.)

Ingredients
Topping/Garnish:
½ cup sweetened coconut
4 limes zested
Dip
16 ounces cream cheese softened
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
¼ cup sugar powder
1 lime juiced (roughly 2 tablespoons
2 limes zested
1 cup sweetened coconut
Dash of kosher salt
Serve with:
1 box vanilla wafers
Directions
In a bowl, make the topping/garnish. Mix the ½ cup coconut and 4 limes zested. Mix and rub the zest and coconut together until fully incorporated. Set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and yogurt.
Add powder sugar, mix fully
Add lime zest and lime juice, mix
Add coconut, mix
Can serve immediately in a bowl (or chill for 2 hours to allow to serve on tray)
If serving immediately, garnish with coconut lime topping. If chilling, garnish right before serving.10 minutes
Serve.
