Honey Garlic Meatballs

Simple beef meatball that is moist and full of flavor - garlic, honey, and parlsey.

These Honey Garlic Meatballs are delicious on their own, but also delicious on rice, in a salad or pasta. It is a great protein for a work lunch or for your family dinner. It is an easy peasy 1 2 3 mix and bake recipe.
This idea came from my niece, one of the recipes she chose for the cookbook I am completing for her. She has great taste!
Suprise your family for dinner tonight - Honey Garlic Meatballs

Equipment
Small ice cream scoop
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Tips or Tricks
I like to flatten the meat out on a baking sheet, sprinkle the ingredients on evenly, then mix (mixing the eggs and milk in at the very end.) This prevents from over mixing the meat causing it to be tough.

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook time - 15 minutes

Ingredients
1-pound ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
3 garlic cloves minced – regular size
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Preheat oven 350°F
In a bowl, mix beef, salt, pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
Add garlic and honey, mix.
Add beaten egg, mix.
Use a small ice cream scoop, scoop meat mixture to balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
optional – for a more uniform look, roll each scooped meat into a ball.
Bake for 15 minutes

Notes
Meatballs can be seared first for a little caramelization then baked (shorten the bake time.)
