Juicy, plump shrimp in a butter lemon sauce, topped with freshly grated parmesan and pepper flakes. Dinner is made in no time.

One of the best meats, in my eyes to cook if you have limited time, is shrimp. It cooks in minutes and food can be on the plates in no time. This Lemon Shrimp recipe is a staple in our house. Pair it with a simple veggie, whole grain and you have a delicious balanced meal. A dinner that saves you time in the kitchen and money in the bank. The shrimp are tender and juicy, with a bright citrusy butter sauce. Yum.
