The dessert is light, sweet, with strawberries, graham cracker crust, and chocolate chips providing varied textures.

During every holiday, my mother used to prepare a cookie salad (which I'll share soon.) I created this Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookie Salad as a twist on her traditional recipe. It's airy, slightly sweet, and features fresh strawberries, a graham cracker crust, and velvety chocolate chips. Within the light dessert, the graham crackers offer a crispy texture, the chocolate adds a firm bite, and the strawberries bring a juicy softness. It's simple for anyone to whip up. You can make it in your dorm room, in the kitchen with your kids, or as a delightful family treat

I love eating the cookie salad “as is” or garnishing with extra graham crackers on top (not more graham cracker crust but actual graham crackers.) I even scooped the Strawberry White Chocolate Cookie salad up with graham crackers like a dip. Yum!
