Homemade cider with apple juice and cider. Aromatic and flavorful with holiday spices.

Apple and Fig Cider
Simple holiday beverage - Apple and Fig Cider

Dried figs are delicious. This year is the first time I have had fresh figs. Was excited to see them in the grocery store and had to create an Apple and Fig Cider recipe. Something about figs scream holidays. This cider is delicious. The smell alone will fill your house with holiday smells. The cider is aromatic and bursting with spices; cinnamon, all spice, cloves, and star anise.
