Subtly sweet and gluten free Almond Honey Granola.

Granola is versatile and a staple in our house, especially this easy homemade Honey Almond Granola recipe for breakfast. Possibilities are endless. I even made this granola along with our Ginger Orange Zest Granola recipe for breakfast on our wedding day. It was a guilt free choice that was light and kept us satisfied. This is on repeat in our house.

1 ½ cups whole raw almonds
½ teaspoon kosher salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

Granola bakes better in an evenly thin layer. I usually use a full sheet pan or two half sheet pans.
