Sweet onions with nutty parmesan on a buttered toasted hoagie. Savory side for any soup.

Toasted Parmesan and Onion Hoagie
Crunchy, savory, sweet, cheesy toasted hoagie.

When I was creating the Mushroom and Thyme soup, I was craving a savory, cheesy toasted bread for a side. It needed to have a crunch, sweet onion flavor, cheesy and dippable. Luckily, I had frozen hoagies leftover in the freezer. The Toasted Parmesan and Onion Hoagie was born, and it was perfect!! Meant to be!!
