Filling protein and veggie dish, with sweet peas and crunchy corn, earthy mushrooms and well-seasoned turkey.

I tend to use ground turkey more than ground beef, only because it is cheaper. I love both equal and for varied reasons. This simple turkey, onion, corn and pea dish is quick and delicious. It uses our base versatile Turkey Mushroom Onion recipe. This recipe is healthy, affordable, easy, filling and DELICIOUS! It has a little sweetness from the corn and peas. The mushrooms have a yummy Unami essence. And the turkey is well seasoned with the onions and garlic. A great recipe for beginners! Enjoy
