Asian-inspired Ham Bowl is a flavorful dish with seared ham, orange-ginger sauce, and garlic. It is balanced with basmati rice, veggies, sesame seeds, and green onions.

With Easter on the horizon and my husband being a ham enthusiast, I decided it was time to whip up some recipes using leftover ham. This Asian-inspired Ham Bowl delivers on all fronts. It's salty, savory, and slightly tangy. The ham is seared to perfection, adding a hint of caramelization. The sauce, infused with orange juice and brown sugar, offers a touch of sweetness, while the ginger adds a subtle kick. The garlic contributes a savory note, and the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce bring a rich, salty flavor. Pairing the ham and sauce with fluffy basmati rice and fresh veggies balances the rich, salty-sweet dish. Finish it off with toasted sesame seeds for a nutty touch and green onions for a fresh, pungent flavor.
