Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic minced
½ teaspoon Gochugaru flakes
½ teaspoon pepper flakes
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Kosher salt
Black pepper
4 tortillas
2 cups Napa cabbage finely shredded/chopped
1 cup julienned carrots
2 tablespoons green onions
Directions
In a saucepan on medium heat oil and brown beef seasoning with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and ¾ teaspoon black pepper
Add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, Gochugaru flakes, pepper flakes, and sesame seeds
Assemble burrito using ¼ beef, cabbage, carrots and green onions per burrito (or to preference)

Notes
My husband and I love to make these ahead of time and freeze for quick easy meals. Pop in the microwave for 60 seconds, yum!
