Ingredients
2 cups carrots sliced
1 tablespoon gochugaru paste
1 ½ tablespoons ginger paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon rice vinegar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a mixing bowl combine gochugaru paste, ginger paste, olive oil, honey and rice vinegar. Toss carrots in, mix.
Pour on to a baking sheet (optional to use parchment paper) bake for 30 minutes.
