Green beans with mushrooms and onions, simple recipe
Minimal effort vegetable side dish for dinner or lunch. Green beans with onions and mushrooms

I love a canned green bean, heated up, a little butter, salt and pepper. With that said though, I do have to admit, having that consistently gets boring. If you feel the same way, try these Green Beans, with Onions and Mushrooms. It uses ingredients you most likely have in your pantry. With an extra few minutes and ingredients, you have a whole new dish. The onions and mushroom create a deep earthy umami flavor. Light, lean, affordable and delicious.
