Enjoy a healthier version of the classic Bang Bang Chicken! Our dish features baked unbreaded chicken coated in a subtle spicy sauce, served over a bed of rice. Topped with sliced peppers and cilantro, it's a delicious and visually appealing meal.

Some of my favorite combinations are sweet and spicy or sweet and salty. This un-breaded Bang Bang Chicken recipe falls into the sweet and spicy category. The honey adds a little sweetness while the ginger and chili add a little kick of spice. The chicken is tender and juicy seasoned with salt, pepper, and ginger. Toss the chicken in the creamy sauce and serve on rice, it is the perfect combination. Garnish with any fresh vegetables of preference, delicious balanced meal for lunch or dinner.
