Frozen vegetables are healthy, delicious and sometimes get a bad rep. Not here, we embrace them!! Garlic and Parmesan Baked Vegetable Medley is yummy. Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, buttery and aromatic. Finishing touch of crunchy parmesan and cheesy parmesan. Gourmet vegetable side with ease.
One pan Garlic & Parmesan Baked Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
12 ounces frozen California Style Vegetable Mix
3 tablespoons salted butter melted
2 garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon parmesan shredded
1 tablespoon white cooking wine
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Toss vegetables with, 1/3 cup parmesan and remaining ingredients. Pour onto parchment paper.
Or to keep a true one pan dish, toss vegetables on pan. Drizzle melted butter and cooking wine on vegetables. Sprinkle garlic, 1/3 cup parmesan, salt and pepper on top.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle remaining parmesan. Bake for 3 minutes.
Serve
