Taco Dip - Hearty and filling

This easy-to-make taco dip is a must-have for any occasion. Packed with flavor, hearty beans, cheese, and jalapenos, it's sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The spices will also give your taste buds an exciting kick. Give it a try!

Growing up, my family and I always enjoyed playing games and snacking on delicious treats like chips and dips, cheese and crackers, and so much more. This taco dip will become a new favorite in our dip lineup. It's hearty, flavorful, and the spices add a warm kick that will keep your taste buds craving more. I can't wait to make this again and share it with the family!

Let the beans drain a few minutes prior to adding to the dip. This will reduce any extra water to the dip.

Serving Size: 1/4 cup

Ingredients
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 garlic minced
¼ cup green onions
1 tablespoon jalapeno small diced and seeded
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
15 ounces canned corn drained
15.25 ounces black beans rinsed and drained
Directions
In a bowl, mix sour cream, salt, chipotle pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano and garlic.
Add in the green onions, jalapenos, cheese, corn and black beans.
Serve
Notes
This can be served immediately or let chill and serve. More flavor will develop if allowed to chill a minimum of one hour.
Personally, I like the dip to let rest at room temp for roughly 15 minutes prior to eating (delicious chilled though.)
